The Process in Detail

We start with a 30-40 minute introductory conversation, by phone or video, in which you describe your concerns to me. I will introduce you to my way of working and answer your questions about the process and we will agree on the next steps and the expected time frame.

After the introductory meeting, I will be happy to send you an individual offer that includes the scope of the coaching and the costs discussed.

The individual coaching sessions usually last 60-90 minutes and build on each other. In order to give you the opportunity to let things sink a little and, if necessary, to achieve your first goals. The sessions take place every two to four weeks. Of course you can reach me by phone or email from time to time. The goal is for you to reach your goal.

During coaching I often work with visualizations. I will happily send these to you as a PDF after the relevant sessions.
