I believe that what we do must make sense. A well-founded purpose, a clear vision and a strategy that is built upon a clear set of values will bring success - provided we stay reliable, respect people as individuals, integrate and build on different ideas. Along my international career I had the opportunity to fine-tune, apply and validate these principles at different leadership levels. The results give testimony to the concept.

I am a charismatic, internationally grown leader, with strategic view and pragmatic action, able to address individuals and groups on eye height. Based on a high level of ethics, I drive business with a sound sense for win-win solutions and thus have achieved numerous turnarounds.
My aim is to help people and teams develop themselves to achieve their personal and group goals while enjoying what they are doing.

Sound human relations are based on trust. The prerequisite of trust is that you have a solid set of values which you consistently live up to. For me, equally important are respectufulness and humbleness. We must listen to other ideas, and in a first step at least sincerely try to integrate them in the development of our strategies. At the same time we must accept that our own ideas may not be perfect. Openness to new insight and change is basic to success.
